Spanish pork producer Litera Meat said on Thursday it was fully available to cooperate with a Chinese anti-dumping probe into pork imports from the European Union, Reuters reported

Litera said in a statement it has been one of the leading exporters of pork meat and meat products to China in recent years.

"Litera Meat will be fully available to cooperate with the institutions and organisations involved throughout the research process," CEO Francesco Pini said in a statement.

China said earlier on Thursday it will conduct an anti-dumping investigation that will involve samples from Danish Crown, Vion Boxtel and Litera Meat.

Begun on June 17, the investigation will look into pork and its by-products imported from the European Union after the bloc decided to impose anti-subsidy duties on Chinese electric vehicles.
