DAT-Schaub Group Starting Operations in Spain
SPAIN - Together with local Spanish casing dealer and producer, Vicente Gallent SL., the DAT-Schaub group has entered into a joint venture, DAT Schaub Gallent S.L., on running the gut room services for Incarlopsa group on the newly constructed and commissioned Tarancon site.

DAT Schaub Gallent S.L. is 51 per cent owned by DAT-Schaub A/S and will employ more than 20 fulltime employees incl. management. Operations begin on 27 March 2017 with estimated slaughtering of 3,800 pigs/day. The number of daily slaughtering is expected to increase over the coming years.
