By: Over 800 industry professionals, researchers and academics from across the world are expected to attend the 7th edition of the biennial World Nutrition Forum, the premier animal nutrition event hosted by BIOMIN.
‘Driving the Protein Economy’ will be the theme of this year’s forum. “Geographically, the modern livestock industry spans roughly one-third of the planet’s ice-free terrestrial surface. Structurally, it is organized into long market chains that employ more than 1.3 billion people worldwide. Nutritionally, livestock products contribute nearly one out of every five calories consumed by people and offer all the essential amino acids our bodies require,” explained Dr. Binder. "The rapid pace of technological advancement will continuously redefine the industry in the coming years," she added.
