Matt is a native of the Kenyon, Minnesota area has been involved in the swine business his whole life. He grew up on a family farm with pork production as part of the operation and currently farms approximately 1500 acres.

In the past, Matt was involved with contract finishing and this year he purchased a nearby 1250-head sow unit with the specific aim of establishing a high health multiplication unit. He will be working with Hermitage NGT to produce the Classic Hybrid™ F1 female from Hermitage GP Large White and GP Landrace pure line stock.

Sarah is not new to the livestock industry, having grown up in northern Minnesota on a working dairy operation, and she knows the work and the time it takes to produce excellent livestock. Together, they will be working on their unit and it will not be too long before James will also be involved in the operation!
