It will be held at One Great George Street, Westminster, London and covers the whole of the red meat supply chain.

It also tackles the European perspective with what CAP reform proposals will mean to the red meat sector as well supply and demand forecasts to 2012.

Some details are still to be finalised but information on how to book will be available at the beginning of March.
