UK - Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA) Quarterly Surveillance report on PMWS and PDNS from April to June 2007.

Diagnoses of PMWS (as a percentage of relevant diagnostic submissions) were stable during the quarter compared with the same quarter last year for the first time since 2002 (see histogram). A similar pattern was recorded for the first quarter. The rate of 8.3% is still high but a significant fall from the peak for this quarter in 2002 at 29.9%.
