“I am looking forward to some new and exciting challenges with APL,” said Mr Haydon. “I believe my skills will be challenged in the process of enhancing and developing the unique product of pork for Australian producers.”

APL Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Spencer, said that pork is currently in a prime position and is competing on the same platform as lamb and beef. “This is a great opportunity for APL, securing a General Manager with the high calibre skills of Peter Haydon, who will be an asset to our organisation and Australia’s pork industry.”
