Meat industry facts now to hand
UK - If knowledge is power then there's plenty of power in the latest edition of A Pocketful of Meat Facts - the latest MLC pocket book that's filled with facts, figures and meat market analysis.The booklet, from the Meat and Livestock Commission's (MLC) Economics section, is available now.
