Open Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sireline Allocation Specialist position.

Inventory Logistics Coordinator

Communication with all regions

Strengthen Inventory controls for optimizing product dissemination

Forecasting of products available

Monitoring database for inventory accuracy

Monitoring and analysis of selection rates

Development & Implementation of standard reporting practices of products available

Reporting of sales volumes, lost opportunity for sales, genetic lag, and quarterly off test data

Quality Management reporting for credits and replacements

Communicate expectations on quality control standards

Regular interaction with PICtraq development team for continued development and implementation of reporting methods

Understand and Train staff on animal identification policies for all animal movement from North American farms

Establish, maintain and oversee tag ordering policies

Weekly oversight of payments to tagging suppliers

Ensure operational compliance with all PIC business policies, procedures and regulations

Commitment to operational excellence

The Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in business or animal science

Minimum five years experience with a pig production company

Strong experience with Excel and proficiency with other MS Office applications

Superior administrative and organization skills

Ability to collate and evaluate data from different sources

Minimum two years experience with PICtraq database preferred

Knowledge of logistics, including biosecurity, shipping policies and procedures

Demonstrated sense of urgency with regard to internal reporting

Ideally, candidates have experience working in a global role for a company in the agriculture sector.
