LATVIA - There has been five new outbreaks of African Swine Fever (ASF) reported and confirmed in the Dagda, Aluksne, Burtnieki, Strenci and Madona regions of the country.

By: Six wild boar have died as a result of the outbreaks.
All were found already dead, infected with the disease.
The source of the outbreak is still unknown.
